betrieblichen Vorsorge und der privaten Vorsorge. Die \u00e4lteste dieser S\u00e4ulen stellt die betriebliche Altersvorsorge \u201ebAV\u201c dar &#8211; Sie kennen den Begriff vielleicht auch unter &#8222;Betriebsrente&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>Die gesetzliche Rente alleine wird uns im Alter nicht reichen, denn diese liegt im Durchschnitt unter 1.000 Euro. Die Rentenl\u00fccke, also die Differenz zwischen dem letzten Gehalt als Berufst\u00e4tiger und dem Geld, das man als gesetzliche Rente bezieht, wird immer gr\u00f6\u00dfer. Der demografische Wandel sorgt daf\u00fcr, dass immer weniger Erwerbst\u00e4tige immer mehr Rentner finanzieren m\u00fcssen. Die deutsche Regierung hat entsprechend reagiert und die betriebliche Altersvorsorge (bAV) umfassend reformiert, um die Eigenvorsorge finanziell attraktiver zu machen. Durch rabattierte Gruppenvertr\u00e4ge haben Mitarbeiter bessere Konditionen \u00fcber ihren Arbeitgeber als am privaten Vorsorgemarkt. Au\u00dferdem zahlt bei dem Modell der Betriebsrente neben den Arbeitnehmern auch der Staat mit ein.
